CACSL Strategic Planning Process
The Canadian Alliance for Community Service-Learning (CACSL) is entering its fourth year and our current relationship with the J.W. McConnell Family Foundation is scheduled for completion in 2009. CACSL has initiated a strategic planning process to review and assess its current role and identify strategic goals and objectives for the next three years.
In January 2008 the CACSL Steering Committee and staff held a strategic planning retreat. We produced a discussion paper to summarize the proceedings and to solicit broad-based feedback and reactions to our emerging strategic directions. After soliciting a first round of feedback, we have created a second draft of the Discussion Paper which reflects the feedback we from CACSL partners and stakeholders.

We invite you to read and review this second draft and answer the focus questions throughout the document and submit your feedback via email or through our online survey
All personal information will be kept confidential and responses will be anonymous. Your feedback will contribute to the final version of our strategic plan, which will be used to guide the growth and development of CACSL over the next three years.
