Community First: Impacts of Community Engagement
A Research Proposal
Carleton University and CACSL in collaboration with multiple community agencies and academic institutions created a research proposal with a goal to increase positive community impacts in the areas of poverty reduction, food security, environmental sustainability and violence against women in Canadian communities.
The primary objective of the CF:ICE project is to critically examine strategies and practices for optimizing community impacts in community service learning (CSL) and other forms of community-university engagement (CUE).
